Excuse me, sir, but August Rush happens to be a favorite movie of mine. It has a rather distinctive storytelling style, more dreamy and imaginative than real to the point of preposterous, but it was entertaining and classy nonetheless. So, HMPH.
Also on the soundtrack, save for a couple of Jonathan Rhys Meyers originals, I thought the soundtrack was really MEH.
Aaaanyway, among others:
I'm Not There - Great flick, great OST
Once - Great flick, great OST
Into the Wild - Great flick, great OST
A Prairie Home Companion: Great flick, great OST
Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story: Good flick, good OST
Across the Universe: Good flick, so-so OST
Also, Marie Antoinette by Sofia Coppola, you cannot possibly classify that case under anything, k? 80s rules! Or something.
