"I did not know much about network marketing or direct sales industry. But when a friend told me that it was one of the fastest growing business models, I had to open my mind and look into it. What I found surprised me.

Years ago, many businesses were opposed to a business model known as franchising. Many people questioned about the legitimacy of franchising. Today, every one in the world knows about McDonalds. Network Marketing being the business model, is experiencing same opposition franchising experienced years ago." -Donald Trump-

    i guess you have to do better than your friend did to convince people in hifi...and saying a business is "no-risk" makes people doubt more

    A pyramid scheme is a non-sustainable business model that involves the exchange of money primarily for enrolling other people into the scheme, without any product or service being delivered. It has been known to come under many guises.

    There are other commercial models using cross-selling such as multi-level marketing (MLM) or party planning which are legal and sustainable[citation needed], although there is a significant grey area in many cases. Most pyramid schemes take advantage of confusion between genuine businesses and complicated but convincing moneymaking scams. The essential idea behind each scam is that the individual makes only one payment, but is promised to somehow receive exponential benefits from other people as a reward. A common example might be an offer that, for a fee, allows the victim to sell the same offer to other people, or receive bonuses through other people they refer. Each sale includes a fee to the original seller.........

    AVON, Natasha, BoardWalk, Sara Lee, Smart, Globe.

    I said that there is "no Risk" registration is 875 pesos (this includes a product worth 760 pesos + starter kit + ID + 150 points)

    How to differentiate a legitimate direct selling company from pyramiding using the 8-point Test

    1. Is there a product?
    2. Are commissions paid on sale of products and not on registration/entry fees?
    3. Is the intent to sell a product not a position?
    4. Is there no direct correlation between the number of recruits and compensation?
    5. If recruitment were to be stopped today, will the participants still make money?
    6. Is there a reasonable product return policy?
    7. Do products have fair market value?
    8. Is there a compelling reason to buy?

    Those thoughts came from the books I have read. Year 2002 I was introduced to Network Marketing. I told them, "pare lokohan lang yan. Nabalita pa nga sa MGB yan eh. Yung nasa ibabaw lang ang kikita."

    Year 2005, Naintroduced sa akin ang DXN, I was also starting up a canteen which cost me about 110K pesos. I told my Engineer friend, "pre pasensiya na. Busy ako for a part time business. Kasisimula ko pa lang sa negosyo ko."

    Then 2006, I started having my own computer shop. I have 5 PC and two PS2. I see customers "come and go". I though of McDonalds. That is the power of Franchising. But it would cost us too much to franchise. The Generics Pharmacy would cost about 350K pesos.

    I have read a book, "Pera mo Palaguin Mo" by Francisco Colayco (tama ba spelling?). At sabo pa sa isang aklat na nabasa ko, "If you are not networking, then you are not working." Talking to people is a form of networking. Dealing with people is networking. Corporate Hierarchy is networking. Using google is networking. Using this highfiber is networking. So, I thought there is nothing wrong with networking.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~
    Yung sinasabi na pyramiding is a form of Networking. "Binary" ang tawag namin doon.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~

Ha! Ha!), sinubukan ko. And what I saw was the beauty of the business. It didn't even cost me so much. It's my fifth month in Network Marketing. So far so good. Still I'm on the Learning curve and will always be on the Learning Curve.

    "The Law of Leverage, the power to multiply time through other people. "

    One of my partners just text me, "Gudmwing,Upline train mo naman q.. skn mo iduplicate srili mo. seryoso pare.bagsakan m q ng BOM m."

Sabi nga sa EVAN Almighty, "Build an ARK."

    so much for this.... pasensya na kung sa palagay ninyo eh nanggulo ako dito sa highfiber. Siguro next week na ulit ako mag-post ng thread...... or better if not!

    sabi nga ni Albert Einstei "If A is success, then A = X + Y + Z; where X is work, Y is play, then Z is keep your mouth shut because they wont agree you."

    Yun lang at MAGANDANG UMAGA..........

    errrmm... why franchise? why not think of a novel business idea that you can grow and then sell afterwards.
    why do MLM? why not just do your own damn business. is it because they told you that MLM 'minimizes' risks? with MLM, you're not really running you're own business, you're just somebody else's pawn.
